1.) Old houses fight back.
2.) If you are dumb enough to do this (like us), you have to take joy in all the small victories... because that is the only way to get you through the giant defeats.
3.) If you are going to buy an old house, you'll need to be good at receiving and coping with bad news on a daily basis.
All told, we are taking the surprises that come with an old house quite well and are still excited.
You guys are so Awesome to share your amazing journey with all of us :) What a terrific house - just think of all the love your home will be filled with when you are done - handled with care.. every inch of it ~ How amazing and special is that? ...your house really will be a part of your family!
